DLM Capital in conjunction with a club of schools has designed a funding vehicle that will be able to intermediate the ability of schools to have access to lower cost funds using historically strong education cash flows to support the issuance and management of an Asset Backed Commercial Paper Programme.

The direct impact of this is more funding to the education sector compared to other commercially viable options, allowing for increased OPEX and CAPEX to improve the quality of our schools and education to our children.

Beyond this, with the funding vehicle providing a means for schools to finance day-to-day operations and CAPEX, schools are therefore able to provide parents/wards with more flexible payment options including installment plans as the need to rein in all payments at the start of the school term is reduced.
