About The Championship Contest
DLM Capital Group is known for encouraging its staff to dream big while giving them the support they need to do so.
The Month of August 2022 was a special one for us Merrifielders as the Asset Management subsidiary of the Group introduced a special challenge tagged 10/10 Championship.
This challenge was launched in the spirit of encouraging staff inclusion in the activities of the organisation as its first ambassadors.
It began with a ‘KNOW YOUR PRODUCT SERIES!’ where the different products of the Asset Management subsidiary were introduced to the staff daily within a one-week period.
The game kicked off with the following rules:
- The first staff of the organisation to open at least 10 accounts (asset management products) and the first person to generate a volume of at least N10m in these accounts wins the game.
- Participants must be nonmembers of the Business Development Team.
- The game was to run for a period of three months consecutively starting from the month of August to October 2022.
- The winning goal comes with an N100,000 cash prize every month.
Many members of staff geared up and participated and by the end of the month of August, the FIRST WINNER emerged in the person of Mr. Rotimi Akinseye of the Risk and Compliance unit.
