DLM Nominees Limited is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria to undertake and carry on the role of Company Secretary for businesses. It performs all secretarial and administrative duties as may be integral to the affairs of that company. This includes but is not limited to keeping and maintaining on behalf of any company, all registers, records and books mandatory for such a company to keep and maintain; filing on behalf of any company all returns and notices mandatory for such a company to render, and filing and executing all such documents as may be required to be executed in compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2004 (CAMA) as amended.
What We Do
As Secretary for any Company, DLM Nominees provides a link between such a Company and its Board of Directors on the one hand and the Shareholders on the other. It plays a key role in ensuring that board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed, while also conducting Annual Board Evaluation. It ensures the security of the company’s legal documents, including, for example, the certificate of incorporation and memorandum and articles of association.
