DLM Trust Company Limited was incorporated in February 2017 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to provide Trust services to individuals, corporations, sub-sovereign, and Federal Government Agencies.
DLM Trust Company plans to integrate strategic thinking with innovation to provide top-in-class services to its clients.
In our short years of existence, we have handled diverse and innovative transactions spanning from Public Bond to Private Bond to Securitisation

The Trust industry is an evolving industry in Nigeria with very few players. They are licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). There are about 25 licensed companies actively operating in the market.
Trust companies administer financial assets on behalf of their clients and provide for the distribution, preservation, and disposition of wealth and property
It is an emerging market that is dynamic where every trust company can have its fair share of the market.

Our Expertise

Trust Services for Corporate and State Government Bonds

Our expertise spans both the public and private sectors.
We currently act as Trustees to One (1) State Government Bonds and accordingly manage the different Corporate Sinking Fund Accounts to ensure that Bond Holder’s obligations are met.

Our duty is to ensure that all facilities are duly securitized such that enforcement action can easily be taken in the event of such default.
We, therefore, ensure the timely perfection of all securities used as collateral for borrowings. Our experience in this area spans the following areas: Manufacturing, Transportation, Fertilizer, Furniture, Construction, and Agro-Allied.
